Our Calabrian contused chili pepper is obtained from Italian red chili peppers grown in Calabria, harvested when fully ripe and slowly dried, then roughly chopped to preserve their aroma, color and authentic spiciness.

The crushed format (not in powder or whole) allows you to best dose the intensity, giving a balanced explosion of taste, without covering the flavors but enhancing them.
