Made with Genoese Basil DOP harvested and processed within a few minutes, our pesto maintains the aromas and properties of the fresh plant. The basil is washed and dried delicately, while the cheese is grated on the spot, just like you do at home.
More than a process, it is a traditional Ligurian ritual handed down over time: a few excellent ingredients, no preservatives, all the authentic taste of Liguria.
