Our sliced ​​garlic is obtained from thinly sliced ​​Italian garlic cloves and slowly dried, to preserve their aroma and properties.

Compared to garlic granules or powder, garlic slices release their aroma in a more controlled way, making them ideal for:
– light browning,
– vegetables in a pan,
– sauces, soups, grilled meats,
– omelettes, marinades, rustic pizzas.

They can be toasted to become crispy, or hydrated in water or oil for a sweeter, smoother flavor.
