Garlic grains

Our garlic grains are made from dried and coarsely crushed garlic, perfect for those looking for the strong taste of fresh garlic but with the convenience of a ready-to-use product.

Ideal for flavouring:
– stir-fries, sauces, soups and gravies,
– white, red or grilled meat,
– vegetables, baked or grilled potatoes,
– ethnic dishes, legumes and spicy condiments.

It can be used directly in cooking or toasted in a pan with oil to release its aroma to the maximum.
