Our dried dill is selected from the most aromatic tops of the plant, hand-picked and naturally processed to retain its citrusy aroma and flavour.

With its fresh taste, between fennel and lemon, dill is ideal for:
– fish-based dishes (baked, marinated, smoked),
– yogurt sauces or fresh creams,
– eggs, omelettes, salads and light soups,
– Nordic and Middle Eastern cuisine (tzatziki, gravlax, hummus, cucumbers).

To be added raw or at the end of cooking to maintain its delicate and refined aroma.
