Orange peel

Our dried orange peel comes from untreated Italian oranges, harvested when ripe and deprived of the bitter white pith, then slowly dried to preserve its scent, color and aromatic properties.

The result is an intense and natural peel, perfect for:
– baked goods (cakes, biscuits, panettone),
– herbal teas, infusions and mulled wine,
– refined savoury dishes with meat, fish or cheese,
– aromatic mixes and citrus salts,
– bread, dough and special leavened products.

It can be used whole, chopped or powdered, both in infusion and cooking.
