Cannellini beans

Our Italian cannellini beans come from selected crops and are processed without industrial treatments.

They have an elongated shape and a thin skin, with a delicate flavour and a creamy consistency, which makes them ideal for both soups and salads, as well as for refined preparations such as purees, creams and savoury mousses.

Cannellini beans are an excellent source of fiber, plant-based protein, iron and potassium, perfect for a healthy and balanced diet.

After soaking for 8-12 hours, they cook in about 60-70 minutes, maintaining their structure without falling apart.
