Taggiasca olive paté

Our Ligurian olive paté is made with Taggiasca olives, a typical variety of Western Liguria, known for its delicate and aromatic flavour.

The olives are pitted and blended by hand with extra virgin olive oil and a selection of natural ingredients such as capers, aromatic herbs and, depending on the variant, a touch of garlic or anchovies.

The result is a thick, fragrant and velvety cream, perfect for spreading or using in cooking to enrich first courses, second courses, side dishes or aperitifs.

A 100% Ligurian product, without preservatives, which brings to your table all the authentic taste of our land.
