Italian Dried Tomatoes – Handcrafted and Naturally Sun Dried

Our dried tomatoes are made from selected Italian tomatoes, harvested at the right stage of ripeness to guarantee ideal sweetness, flavour and consistency.

Immediately after harvesting, the tomatoes are cut in half, lightly salted and arranged by hand on racks in open spaces, where they are left to dry slowly in the sun according to the Mediterranean tradition. This natural process, which can last several days, allows all the organoleptic properties of the tomato to be preserved, concentrating its flavor without the use of preservatives or additives.

The result is a genuine product rich in flavour, with an intense aroma and a meaty consistency.
