Dried cherry tomatoes

Our dried cherry tomatoes are made with 100% Italian cherry tomatoes, small, sweet and fragrant, grown in the sun and harvested when fully ripe.

Once selected, the cherry tomatoes are cut in half, lightly salted and left to dry slowly in the sun for several days, according to the tradition of Southern Italy. This natural process allows to preserve and concentrate all their flavor, without adding preservatives or sugars.

The result is a product with an intense, slightly caramelized flavour, with a tender and meaty consistency.
