Sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Our sun-dried tomatoes in oil are made from sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, picked at the right time and slowly dried according to Mediterranean tradition.

Once dehydrated, they are soaked in water and vinegar, to soften them and balance the taste, then immersed in high-quality extra virgin olive oil, along with spices and natural aromas such as garlic, oregano or chili pepper (depending on the variant).

The result is a rich and fragrant product, with a meaty consistency and a strong but balanced flavour.

Perfect to enjoy alone as an appetizer, or to enrich bruschetta, sandwiches, focaccia, pizza, cold pasta or main courses. A versatile ingredient, ready to use, that brings the heart of Southern Italy to the table
