Our dried thyme leaves come from selected Italian crops, harvested at the peak of aromaticity and slowly dried to preserve all its aroma and properties.

With an intense, balsamic and slightly pungent flavour, thyme is ideal for:
– roasts and stewed meats,
– legume soups and minestrone,
– baked potatoes and grilled vegetables,
– fish-based dishes,
– bread, focaccia and aromatic salts.

To be used in cooking or even raw, if finely chopped.
