The Chiarella Lentil Trio is a balanced and tasty blend of small whole lentils and coral red peeled lentils, designed to bring taste, color and health to the table in just a few minutes.

Small lentils are tender, with a creamy consistency and enveloping flavour.
Hulled red lentils are very quick to cook, perfect for soups and creams, and they balance the mix with a touch of color.
👉 They do not need to be soaked. Just rinse them under cold water and cook them together in about 30 minutes.
