Legume soup

Chiarella Legume Soup is a 100% vegetable mix of peeled chickpeas, whole and peeled lentils, red azuki beans. A nutritious, balanced and versatile combination, designed to offer a complete dish from a protein point of view and rich in fiber.

The mix does not contain cereals, therefore it is naturally gluten-free, and it is suitable for both creamy soups and dry dishes or warm salads. Thanks to the presence of chickpeas and peeled lentils, it does not require prolonged soaking and cooks quickly.
