Umami Black Garlic is born from a natural process of slow fermentation at controlled temperature and humidity, which transforms the classic Italian white garlic into a soft, dark product with a surprisingly sweet, balsamic and umami-rich taste, without the addition of additives or preservatives.
Its flavour recalls liquorice, dried plum, balsamic vinegar and porcini mushrooms, making it ideal for:
