Our chestnut flour is produced from Italian chestnuts slowly dried at low temperatures, then finely ground to preserve their aroma, sweetness and nutritional properties.

With a natural and aromatic taste, it is naturally gluten-free, rich in complex carbohydrates, mineral salts and fibre.
