Laurel leaves

Our laurel leaves come from plants grown and harvested in Italy, dried naturally to keep their aroma and properties intact.

With broad, fragrant leaves and rich in essential oils, bay leaves are a fundamental aromatic spice in Mediterranean cuisine, used for centuries to naturally flavour savoury dishes, legumes, soups, meats, fish, preserves and marinades.

It has digestive, tonic and antioxidant properties, and is suitable for both slow cooking and infusions (such as herbal teas).
A simple ingredient, but full of character, that cannot be missing from the pantry.

Suggested Use: Add 1-2 whole leaves during cooking and remove before serving.
