Chervil tops

Our chervil tops are made from the most tender and aromatic parts of the plant, hand-picked and gently dried to preserve their freshness, aroma and colour.

Similar in flavor to parsley but softer and slightly aniseed, chervil is widely used in French cuisine and in light, refined preparations.
It is ideal for:
– egg-based dishes (omelettes, poached eggs, frittatas),
– delicate fish or white meat,
– spring soups and vegetable broths,
– salads, flavoured butters, fresh cheeses.

To be used at the end of cooking or raw to keep the aroma intact.
