Our Black Garlic Cream is made with slowly fermented black garlic, processed to a smooth, spreadable, velvety consistency, with no added preservatives or additives.

Its flavor is sweet and deep, with notes of licorice, dried plum, balsamic vinegar and porcini mushrooms. The texture is smooth and silky, perfect for immediate use in the kitchen.

It is the ideal ingredient for:
